1. What is Culture Therapy?
Culture Therapy is a private practice run by me, Esraa Chaddad M. Sc.. I am a psychologist and I provide psychological help in the form of therapy. I practice different methods and use varying tools to help provide a diagnosis, treat mental disorders or provide mental health aid during times of distress. 2. How do I know if you can help me?
For a quick idea about the issues I can help you through, take a look at the list on this page. This list is not exhaustive of course, because every problem is as unique as the person who goes through it. Therefore, the best way to know whether or not I can help is by contacting me with a short description of what you're going through and what you need. 3. How do I book an appointment?
To book an intake session or an online appointment, you can directly use this link to choose an available timeslot and book it.
To book a face to face session, contact me.
4. Why can't I book a face-to-face session online via the booking link?
You cannot book a face to face session using the online booking link because I cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet at the selected time.
I meet clients in various locations hosted by Het Coachhuis. It is a therapy room rental service that rents out rooms per hour. This is why rooms may not be regularly available. Even if you see on the booking link that I have an open time slot, a room for us to meet may not be available for that time slot. Rooms also get filled quickly. That is why it is preferable that you send me an email letting me know you'd like to meet and which days are possible for you, after which I can share several availabilities you can choose from. Only then can I guarantee that the session will take lace face to face.
5. Can I book online for a friend or loved one?
No. If you are worried about someone and want to give them a hand, please contact me instead of booking directly. The person concerned, and who therefore will be my client, needs to do the online booking themselves for technical reasons.
6. Do you speak my language?
It depends. If you speak Arabic, French or English, then yes. If you speak another language, I'm sorry I cannot help, but I may know someone who can.
7. What happens if you can't help me?
The only reason I would not be able to help would be that I no longer have spots available or that I do not feel confident that I can help you with your demand. In both of these cases, I will refer you to another professional I know and think can help.
8. Are sessions done online or face-to-face?
Sessions can be done both online and face-to-face. Due to the current pandemic, it is advisable that we try to do sessions online. However, if you lack privacy in your home or feel unsafe talking at home, then we can arrange a face-to-face meet.
9. What are your prices?

10. What are my payment options?
Currently, the only payment option available is bank transfer. That being said, depending on where you are in the world, things could be tricky. Please let me know if we need to discuss an arrangement that would suit us best.
11. Are your services covered by insurance?

12. Something came up, can I move/cancel my session?
Things happen, and you can always contact me if they do. You can always move a session or cancel at at least 24 hours before session time free of charge. Last minute cancellations incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the booked service. View the full cancellation policy here.
